6. Form Security (Cloudflare Turnstile)
To protect our forms against abuse and spam, we use the Cloudflare Turnstile service provided by Cloudflare Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). This service runs in the background and analyzes technical features (e.g., IP address, browser characteristics, telemetry data) to determine whether the data entered into our forms originates from a real human or from an automated program (spam bot). Unlike older systems, no tracking for advertising purposes or creation of user profiles takes place.
- Legal Basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in ensuring the error-free functionality, stability, and protection of our web infrastructure against cyberattacks and automated spam. We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with the provider based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We use the “Real Cookie Banner” tool to manage and document user consent regarding cookies and tracking technologies on our website (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR).
